Fresh Tomato with Butterhead Lettuce

This was the very first tomato we grew in our greenhouses. We think it looks pretty good and we're getting better with practice.
Our Red-Ripe tomatoes are hand picked each day when they are (get this!) red.
They're not picked when they are bright green with 10% of the surface starting to turn sorta yellow-ish, like many commercial tomatoes.
We can do this because we don't have to ship them 2,000 miles to get to some commercial distributor.
Try one of our "just picked" tomatoes and taste the difference that comes from buying fresh locally-grown produce.

Packaged Tomatoes

Our hand-selected tomatoes are graded by size into 10 lb. single-layer flats. That way, you the customer can see the quality in every tomato at a glance. No more digging down into a 25 lb. bulk pack to find layers of soft, unusable tomatoes. If you find a single tomato of ours that doesn't meet your standards, we will replace it free. Guaranteed.

European Cucumber

Our European Cucumbers are burpless, seedless, and exceptionally flavorful. Each thin-skinned cucumber is individually wrapped to help retain moisture and flavor. Since they are thin-skinned, you do not need to peel them before use so they retain 100% of their nutrients and flavor. Available singly or in cases of 10.

Mixed Baby Lettuces

Our baby lettuce mixes contain four to six different lettuce plants (depending on our customer's preferences), each grown from certified organic seeds. They grow intertwined and ready to eat with almost no preparation needed. Our lettuces are hand harvested each day when they are at their most tender and succulent.

Red Leaf lettuce

Yup. It's red!
This is one of our baby red leaf lettuces.
Yes, you can actually convince your kids to eat it. They already eat blue and orange candy right? Then they can darn well eat some red lettuce!
If they give you a hard time, just Double-Dog-Dare 'em to try some.

We also carry red Romaine, red Lolla Rossa, and red Butterhead Lettuces.

Bak Choi

Whether you call it Bak Choi or Pak Choi, this sweet cabbage is a real favorite in asian cooking. It is tasty mixed in with a complex stir-fry or served by itself when just lightly sauteed with some butter and sea salt.

Herbs and Specialty Crops.

We grow a variety of fresh herbs, specialty greens, and edible flowers.
We carry Arugula, Endive, Cress, Cilantro, Basil, and Parsley.
We also grow specialty produce such as Radicchio, Kohlrabi, and others by request.
